Peanut butter cookie
Longer dessert to cook but totally worth it.
- 150 gr Peanut butter paste
- 110 gr Butter
- 200 gr Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 180-200 gr Flour
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
Beat the peanut butter and softened butter, add sugar and beat until light.
Then add the egg, beat again.
Add the dry mixture and knead the dough.
The dough should not stick to your hands.
Roll a small balls about 20-25 grams each, the size of a walnut, squeeze a little and spread out at a distance on the baking sheet.
Bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
