Coconut panna cotta

Coconut Panna Cotta

Quick dessert to please anyone.

  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Double cream
  • Vanilla
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Gelatin
  • Coconut (to taste)
  1. Soak gelatin in 3 tablespoons of cold water.

  2. In a saucepan, mix coconut milk, double cream, vanilla, sugar and bring almost to a boil, but do not boil.

  3. Add the gelatin into the coconut mixture.

  4. Mix and pour into a glasses.

  5. Refrigerate.

Sprinkle with coconut flakes and berries.
