Coconut Panna Cotta
Quick dessert to please anyone.
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 200 ml Double cream
- 100 gr Sugar
- 1 tbsp Gelatin
- Coconut (to taste)
Soak gelatin in 3 tablespoons of cold water.
In a saucepan, mix coconut milk, double cream, vanilla, sugar and bring almost to a boil, but do not boil.
Add the gelatin into the coconut mixture.
Mix and pour into a glasses.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes and berries.
