Coffee and chocolate mousse
Another quick dessert that is greatly loved by kids.
- 125 gr 70%-90% dark chocolate
- 180 ml Brewed unsweetened coffee
- 200 gr Marshmallow
Brew strong unsweetened coffee.
Mix coffee, chocolate and marshmallows in a saucepan.
Stir until complete dissolution over low heat.
Cool slightly and pour into small glasses.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
