Red Velvet Cupcakes

Great recipe to spice up the routine.
- 200 gr Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 115 gr Butter
- 300 gr Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 50 gr Red food colouring
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 450 gr Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 115 gr Butter
- 340 gr Cream cheese
- 100 gr Icing sugar
Mix buttermilk and vanilla extract.
Mix butter, sugar and salt.
Whisk at medium speed until lightened for 2-3 minutes.
Continuing to beat, add one egg at a time.
In a small cup mix the food colouring and cocoa.
Add to sugar mixture and beat.
Add flour and buttermilk to the dough. Let stand for 15 minutes.
In a small cup mix baking soda and vinegar, add to the dough.
Put the dough into molds and bake for 18-23 minutes at 175 degrees.
Cool the prepared cupcakes and decorate with icing.
For cream:
Beat butter with icing sugar for 5-7 minutes, add cheese and beat for about 5 minutes.
