Frittata with cheese and tomatoes

Main course that takes time but tastes great,

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 gr Fresh goat cheese
  • 4 TBSP Single cream
  • Butter
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Basil (to taste)
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • Dill (to taste)
  1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites.

  2. Whisk the yolks with single cream, add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and mix.

  3. Beat the whites in a stable foam and add to the yolks, mix gently.

  4. Greese pan with butter.

  5. Pour the egg mixture into pan, add slices of goat cheese and tomatoes.

  6. Bake in a preheated to 175 ° C oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked.

When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
