Salmon with blue cheese sauce

Great dish with an interesting taste and concept.

  • 2 steaks Salmon
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 70 ml Double cream
  • 50 gr Blue cheese
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar
  1. Marinate salmon steaks in a mixture of vegetable oil, white pepper, tarragon and salt for 30 minutes.

  2. Fry the steaks on the grill (or frying pan), for 5-6 minutes on each side, or bake it in the oven .

  3. For the sauce, bring the cream to a boil, remove from heat, pour in the vinegar and add the grated cheese.

  4. The sauce can be prepared in advance (it will be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days).
