Salmon with blue cheese sauce
Great dish with an interesting taste and concept.
- 2 steaks Salmon
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 70 ml Double cream
- 50 gr Blue cheese
- 1 tsp White wine vinegar
Marinate salmon steaks in a mixture of vegetable oil, white pepper, tarragon and salt for 30 minutes.
Fry the steaks on the grill (or frying pan), for 5-6 minutes on each side, or bake it in the oven .
For the sauce, bring the cream to a boil, remove from heat, pour in the vinegar and add the grated cheese.
The sauce can be prepared in advance (it will be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days).
Serve hot or cold.
