Chili & Honey Broccoli

Great salad for vegetarians and meat lovers alike

  • 500 gr Broccoli
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Hot red pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  1. Wash broccoli, disassemble for inflorescence.

  2. Boil water in a pan, turn off the fire and put broccoli in a pan for 3-4 minutes with close lid.

  3. Wash the broccoli in cold water, then discard in a colander.

  4. In a bowl, mix everything for dressing: oil, honey, soy sauce and chopped hot pepper.

  5. Mix broccoli and dressing in a salad bowl.

  6. Slightly fry sesame seeds in a dry pan.

  7. Cool and sprinkle salad.
