Chili & Honey Broccoli

Great salad for vegetarians and meat lovers alike
- 500 gr Broccoli
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Hot red pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Wash broccoli, disassemble for inflorescence.
Boil water in a pan, turn off the fire and put broccoli in a pan for 3-4 minutes with close lid.
Wash the broccoli in cold water, then discard in a colander.
In a bowl, mix everything for dressing: oil, honey, soy sauce and chopped hot pepper.
Mix broccoli and dressing in a salad bowl.
Slightly fry sesame seeds in a dry pan.
Cool and sprinkle salad.
Quick to cook and great to eat.
