Broccoli and cauliflower soup

Great and simple taste.

  • 300 gr Cauliflower
  • 200 gr Broccoli
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 gr Double cream
  • 200 gr Chicken ham
  • Garlic (to taste)
  • Chicken stock (to taste)
  • Oil (to taste)
  1. Fry cauliflower with chopped onion and grated carrot.

  2. Add broccoli and part of the ham.

  3. Fry the second part in a dry pan and leave aside.

  4. Pour the chicken stock into the fried vegetable and boil for 15-20 minutes, add the double cream and spices.

  5. Grind the soup with a blender to a creamy state.
