Broccoli and cauliflower soup

Great and simple taste.
- 300 gr Cauliflower
- 200 gr Broccoli
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 100 gr Double cream
- 200 gr Chicken ham
- Garlic (to taste)
- Chicken stock (to taste)
- Oil (to taste)
Fry cauliflower with chopped onion and grated carrot.
Add broccoli and part of the ham.
Fry the second part in a dry pan and leave aside.
Pour the chicken stock into the fried vegetable and boil for 15-20 minutes, add the double cream and spices.
Grind the soup with a blender to a creamy state.
Garnish with ham croutons.
