Zucchini cream soup with shrimps

Pretty unique soup for people willing to try new

  • 0.5 kg Large shrimp
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 2-3 Potatoes
  • 2 Zucchinis
  • 100 gr Spinach
  • 2-3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 200 ml Double cream
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  1. Peel 500 g large shrimp.

  2. Put heads and shells in a pan, add carrots, onions, celery, salt / pepper and cook the broth.

  3. Salt and pepper the peeled shrimps, squeeze 1/2 lemon juice on top, put in the fridge to pickle.

  4. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil into a separate stew pan, fry 3 chopped cloves of garlic, 1 onion, add a couple of peeled and chopped potatoes, 2 large zucchini, spinach, if you like, pour a litre of broth, cook for 10-15 minutes .

  5. Puree the soup with a blender, add 200 ml of double cream.

  6. Fry the shrimp in a pan until pink (about 2-3 minutes).

For serving pour the soup into the bowl, add feta cheese and shrimps.
