Hummus dip

Great dip for anyone

  • 500 gr Chickpeas
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Zira
  • Ground coriander
  • Crushed garlic
  • Tkhina
  1. Soak chickpeas peas overnight, then cook until cooked. It must be very soft.

  2. Mash it, adding lemon juice.

  3. Ad salt, a little zira, a little ground coriander, crushed garlic and tkhina (sesame paste) to taste.

  4. Mix well in a blender.

Put it on a plate, pour with olive oil and herbs.
