Orange and Tomato Salsa

Orange and Tomato Salsa

Quick dip to make and unique taste

  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chopped basil
  • 50 gr Pitted olives (can be dried)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  1. Peel the orange and take apart into slices.

  2. Peel the slices from the film and cut into 3-4 parts.

  3. Add finely chopped tomato and finely chopped basil, garlic and olives.

  4. Salt to taste and season with pepper.

  5. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Great dip but kids might not like it.
