  • Chives
  • Basil
  • Pine nuts
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  1. Zucchini thinly cut along the peeler.

  2. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.

  3. Then put on a dish, alternating with sliced ​​avocado.

  4. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives, basil, and toasted pine nuts.

  5. Pour the marinade (in which zucchini were marinated).
