Zucchini and Avocado Carpaccio
Great dish from great cuisine
- 1 Zucchini
- 1/2 Avocado
- Pine nuts
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
Zucchini thinly cut along the peeler.
Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Then put on a dish, alternating with sliced avocado.
Sprinkle with finely chopped chives, basil, and toasted pine nuts.
Pour the marinade (in which zucchini were marinated).
Let stand for another 10 minutes.
