The body mass index (BMI) is a measure that uses your height and weight to work out if your weight is healthy. The BMI calculation divides an adult’s weight in kilograms by their height in metres squared.

BMI of less than 18.5 means that a person is underweight. A BMI of between 18.5 and 24.9 is ideal. A BMI of between 25 and 29.9 is overweight. A BMI over 30 indicates obesity. This does not factor everything, such as muscle percentage.

Calorie Calculator is insanely useful for people who wish to manipulate their weight. You are required to put in details(they are protected by the website) and calculator will provide you with amount of calories you need to keep, loose or gain weight.

Both calculators can be easily used together to get insight into weight and calories.

Calculators provide you with data as and a suggestion of calories intake and should not be thought of as professional opinion, their might be unique body traits or factors that it cannot take into account.
