Berry pudding

Great pudding , absolutely worth the time.

  • 200 gr Flour
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Starch
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1.5 tsp Baking powder
  • 400 gr Berries
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp Starch
  • 0.5 Lemon zest
  1. Mix berries with sugar, starch and lemon zest.

  2. Transfer to a baking molds.

  3. Mix flour, sugar, salt, starch and baking powder.

  4. Melt butter and combine with milk.

  5. Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and beat until smooth.

  6. Put the dough on the berries.

  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake until golden brown.

Baking time depends on the size of the mold and the thickness of the dough ( 20- 40 minutes).
