Avocado, mango, tuna and Parmesan salad

Great European salad for any ages
- 1 Mango
- 1 Large avocado
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- Iceberg lettuce
- 3-4 Eggs
- 150 gr Canned tuna
- Parmesan
- Pine nuts
- Green onions
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice or Balsamic vinegar
- Mustard
- Ground black pepper
- Salt (to taste)
Peel and dice mango.
Cut or tear lettuce leaves.
Boil eggs and cut into 4 parts.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Cut avocados into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Finely chopped onion.
Grated parmesan.
Fry pine nuts in a dry pan.
On a plate lay all the ingredients, sprinkle with cheese and pour dressing.
Salt and pepper depend on your own tastes.
