Avocado, mango, tuna and Parmesan salad

Great European salad for any ages

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Large avocado
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • 3-4 Eggs
  • 150 gr Canned tuna
  • Parmesan
  • Pine nuts
  • Green onions
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice or Balsamic vinegar
  • Mustard
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt (to taste)
  1. Peel and dice mango.

  2. Cut or tear lettuce leaves.

  3. Boil eggs and cut into 4 parts.

  4. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.

  5. Cut avocados into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

  6. Finely chopped onion.

  7. Grated parmesan.

  8. Fry pine nuts in a dry pan.

  9. On a plate lay all the ingredients, sprinkle with cheese and pour dressing.

Salt and pepper depend on your own tastes.
